Ehis exhibition explored the relationship between the possible concepts of beauty and power of pre-Columbian cultures in Ecuador, under the curatorship of Carmen Fernández-Salvador, Josefina Vásquez and Jorge Gómez Tejada. A total of 48 pieces pertaining to several cultures and dealing with concepts such as abstraction, power, beauty, and fertility were on display, along with techniques such as working with precious metals, textile production and tattooing, understood as ornaments.
